Nurse’s note: Mdm Lim is well. She skips her evening blood pressure tablet because it makes her dizzy. Raise this with her doctor. The bathroom has no grab bar. I marked where one should go.

“I’m fine, don’t worry.”

Your loved one says this. You cannot check it from another city.

You live far away

You work in another city or country. Regular visits are not possible.

They hide problems

Your loved one downplays symptoms. They do not want you to worry.

Changes go unnoticed

Missed doses. Rising blood pressure. A slower walk. Nobody catches these early.

You need facts, not reassurance.

Most families do not need a full-time caregiver. They need a nurse who checks the same things every month and reports what changed.

A wellness check-in visit on subscription.

One nurse. One schedule. One report you can act on. Book it for your loved one or for yourself.

Things families ask us

Who comes to the house?
A registered nurse with current Malaysian Nursing Board registration and a verified background check.
Can I book this for myself?
Yes. Choose Myself when you register. The visit and the report work the same way. Each plan covers one person.
When exactly will the nurse visit?
You pick your preferred days and times when you register. We assign a slot that matches one of your days. We message you the confirmed date and time before the first visit. We call only if something needs checking.
My loved one will refuse a nurse.
We frame the first visit as a wellness check rather than care. Most patients accept a routine check-up and keep them company. Our coordinator talks through the approach with you before the first visit.
What if the nurse finds something serious?
We phone you the same day, and once our team has reviewed the findings the nurse will advise what to do next, whether that is a GP appointment, a specialist referral or immediate attention. We monitor health and we are not an emergency service, so please call 999 in an emergency.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or DuitNow QR. The full price of your plan is charged at sign-up, based on the plan you choose.
Is our health information private?
Yes. We store records securely and share them only with the subscription holder. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We never share or sell your data to any third party.
